Started with Harmony Housing Affordable Development, successor to Greystone Affordable Development: 2025
Nick serves as Development Finance Manager at Harmony Housing Affordable Development (HHAD), having progressed from his previous role as Senior Financial Analyst. In his current role, he manages the financial aspects of development projects following closing, including project funding, cost certifications, bond tests, and post-closing capital events. He works collaboratively across Project Accounting, Development, Construction, Asset Management, and Finance to help ensure projects remain properly funded and financially on track throughout the development lifecycle. Nick also brings more than 10 years of affordable housing experience from Conifer Realty, where he contributed to a wide range of projects along the East Coast. He is a graduate of Canisius University, holding degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Nick is an avid sports fan, enjoys golfing, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.
