The Partnership
Havens at Oxford was created in collaboration with Harmony Housing Affordable Development Inc. and Weaver-Kirkland Development, LLC, marking the second venture successfully completed in North Carolina by this partnership. This development of this 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community, was made possible through a USDA 538 loan from Churchhill Stateside Group, complemented by funding from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency’s Rental Production Program (RPP) and the Workforce Housing Loan Program (WHLP). Designed by Moore Hocutt Architects, PLLC and constructed by Weavercooke Construction, LLC, this project is currently professionally managed by Partnership Property Management (PPM). The success of this initiative is attributed to the collaborative efforts of all parties involved.
