Elaina is responsible for monitoring the completion of Greystone’s affordable housing development projects through the construction period, close-out, and asset management phases. This includes collaborating with owners, investors, lenders, state housing finance agencies, and federal agencies to ensure all invested parties’ objectives are achieved. Having worked for Greystone for over a decade, Elaina has developed an unyielding passion for providing quality service and creative solutions, all for the sake of the firm’s mission to preserve and expand the nation’s affordable housing footprint.
Prior to joining the Greystone team, Elaina received an academic scholarship to Salem College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in economics. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked at Edward Jones Investments as a Series 7 and Series 66 licensed financial advisor.
Elaina is a licensed Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders.
