Amanda oversees compliance matters for Harmony Housing Affordable Development within the Asset Management team. Before joining HHAD, she served as Compliance Lead at Greystone Property Management starting in 2021.
Amanda began her affordable housing career as a leasing agent in 2006 and has accumulated 19 years of experience in the field. She has excelled in various roles, including property manager, regional manager, and compliance specialist, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of each position within an asset’s framework.
Her expertise spans multiple programs, such as HUD Project-Based and Tenant-Based Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and Rural Development. Amanda is passionate about serving those in need and implementing initiatives to support vulnerable populations, including injured veterans and domestic abuse survivors. She has witnessed the positive impact of these efforts on communities and firmly believes in the differences that can be made in this industry.
Amanda holds several national accreditations and certificates, including BOS, HCCP, COS, MORS, STAR, HCM-R, and proudly obtained her AMS in 2024.
Amanda is a certified welder.
