Chelsea Brandon has a decade of experience in urban planning and affordable housing. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from NYU and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Chelsea has worked across both the public and private sectors, beginning her career as a consultant for municipalities and building departments, overseeing development reviews and community planning efforts. In her most recent role at The Related Group, she developed over 900 affordable and mixed-income housing units throughout South Florida. Her expertise includes zoning, land use, entitlements, permitting, and project management, with a strong focus on community engagement. Chelsea is passionate about creating equitable, sustainable and beautiful communities.
