Started with Harmony Housing Affordable Development, successor to Greystone Affordable Development: 2025
Erica joined Harmony Housing Affordable Development team as a Senior Project Accountant in October 2025. She is an extremely motivated professional with over 20 years of progressive accounting experience in nonprofit, financial services, and the construction industry. Prior to joining HHAD, Erica acquired over 10 years of experience managing multiple projects ranging from redevelopment to new construction deals in the market rate and affordable housing sectors. She made a transition to Corporate Accounting to gain strong fundamental principles and concepts as it relates to the financial aspects of projects before deciding to return to Project Accounting.
Erica graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Erica was an extra in a Pure Flix movie filmed in Charlotte, NC called Heaven Sent. She can be seen in the church scenes, and you can hear her singing when the credits begin.
