Started with Harmony Housing Affordable Development, successor to Greystone Affordable Development: 2017
Michael began his journey in 2017 as the Senior Project Accountant in the Property Development team, managing multiple mixed-use and residential development projects. Over time, he transitioned to the Corporate Accounting team and later joined the Greystone Servicing team. Michael officially became part of Harmony Housing Affordable Development on January 1, 2025. Before his tenure at HHAD, Michael launched his career as a Project Accountant with Turner Construction, where he was involved in significant projects like the Madison Square Garden Renovation, the new New York Police Academy building, and Canon’s North American headquarters.
Michael is a father of two boys and an avid New York sports fan. Specifically he is a fan of the Yankees, Rangers, Giants, and Knicks.
