As a Development Manager, Natalia advances affordable housing projects from conception through completion, with a focus on schedule adherence, financial oversight, and long-term impact. She works closely with local partners, municipalities, consultants, and internal team members to drive projects forward and ensure successful delivery.
Before joining Harmony Housing Affordable Development, Natalia gained experience at both affordable housing development and market-rate multifamily acquisition firms. At Dominium, she led the development of 10 LIHTC projects spanning over 2,500 units and $1.1 billion in total development cost—driving site selection, financial modeling, due diligence, entitlements, and public approvals. At PEM Real Estate Group, she led the acquisitions team focused on market-rate multifamily investments, overseeing sourcing, underwriting, and closings.
Natalia holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, a Master in Urban Planning from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University.
Natalia was on a salsa dance performance team during college and graduate school.
