Nick serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at Harmony Housing Affordable Development (HHAD), where he focuses on underwriting and structuring new construction and acquisition-rehab LIHTC opportunities. He brings more than 10 years of affordable housing experience from his time at Conifer Realty, where he contributed to a wide range of projects along the East Coast. Nick is a graduate of Canisius University, holding degrees in Accounting and Finance.
