Wynwood Works Earns Spot as a finalist for the ULI Southeast 2025 Project of the Year, Highlighting Harmony Housing and Magellan Housing’s Innovation in Affordable Development

Wynwood Works, co-developed by Harmony Housing Affordable Development Inc. and Magellan Housing, LLC, has been selected as one of six finalists for the 2025 Project of the Year by Urban Land Institute Southeast. This prestigious award honors projects that demonstrate excellence in innovation, transformative impact, and responsible land use. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Vision Awards on November 20th at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Florida.
