Media Consent

I hereby authorize Harmony Housing Affordable Development, Inc (collectively with its affiliates, “HHAD”) staff or its agents or representatives, to photograph, video and/or obtain personal testimony from me at the event for which I am registering and to use and reproduce such photographs, video footage, negatives, prints or testimony in HHAD’s marketing, training or other materials. I understand that HHAD may use, prepare, and reproduce such images and/or testimony of me that have been taken in any digital, video, photographic and/or other audio/visual formats (“Images”), and thereafter distribute, and publicly display for its commercial or non-commercial purposes such Images in any medium of communication now known or later developed, including, but not limited to, websites, social media networks, catalogues, posters, magazine or newsletter publications, newspapers, videos, television and radio broadcasts, brochures, emails, and/or marketing materials without compensation to me. I understand that Images may be used at any time and possibly for the life of the website and/or any present or future marketing campaigns. I further agree not to bring or consent to others bringing any claim or action against HHAD on the grounds that anything contained in the Images, or in the advertising and publicity used in connection therewith, is defamatory, reflects adversely on me, or violates my rights, including, without limitation, my rights of privacy and publicity. I hereby release HHAD and its employees, officers, shareholders, partners, agents, successors or assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages whatsoever that I may hereafter have against HHAD in connection with the Images.
