Josh brings a strong foundation in affordable housing research, development feasibility, and asset management to Harmony Housing Affordable Development. A graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, Josh earned his degree in Economics while also competing as a member of the university’s baseball team.
Josh has spent his professional career in the affordable housing industry. His experience includes more than four years preparing market studies, housing needs assessments, and feasibility analyses for affordable housing developments financed primarily through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Prior to joining HHAD, he served on an asset management team overseeing a 37-property affordable housing portfolio.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys golfing, indulging on anything sweet, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
