Connor is responsible for all aspects of underwriting and structuring the financing plans for Harmony Housing Affordable Development Inc. (HHAD) projects, while also leading efforts to source debt and equity. He is focused on, and passionate about, finding creative financing solutions that maximize economic returns and deliver positive results for both clients and residents alike.
Connor graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, and has held numerous positions in project management, development, acquisitions, and finance throughout his career. He has worked on a variety of project types ranging from luxury condos in NYC to portfolios of affordable rural housing across the Country. Connor has played a leading role in the development of over 2,300 units of affordable, mixed-income and market-rate housing.
He is a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and an active real estate investor in his local market. Outside of work, Connor loves spending time with his wife and son.
