Nick Serves as a Financial Analyst at Harmony Housing, where he is responsible for assessing ground-up and acquisition rehab LIHTC opportunities with a focus on rural development. Throughout his career, Nick has underwritten more than $4.5 billion of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Harmony, Nick was the lead analyst for Foundry Commercial’s Debt & Structured Finance Group. During his tenure with Foundry, he underwrote over $2 billion in deal flow across all asset classes at all stages of the deal cycle. Nick also has experience as a multifamily investment sales analyst with Marcus & Millichap where he underwrote more than 4,000 units on 100+ transactions.
