Kay brings extensive experience in affordable housing finance, construction funding administration, and multifamily development support.
Prior to joining HHAD, Kay served with Virginia Housing, where she managed the funding process for a portfolio of 52 multifamily developments in various stages and supported more than $1 billion in housing investment activity across Virginia.
Kay will support the finance team throughout construction, predevelopment, and pipeline projects, while also assisting with invoice processing, payment management, and financial coordination. Her addition strengthens HHAD’s capacity to manage complex affordable housing initiatives with efficiency, accountability, and a continued focus on delivering quality affordable housing.
Kay is a singer, serves on the worship team, and leads worship for Women’s Conferences in Virginia and North Carlonia.
