Started with Harmony Housing Affordable Development, successor to Greystone Affordable Development: 2015
As the Development Manager, Serena is responsible for supporting a mix of rehabilitation and new construction projects from application to initial closing. Serena works collaboratively across business lines coordinating development activities, and is a liaison between state and federal agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Greystone, Serena spent 15 years in the mortgage industry, working in real estate tax, supporting mortgage lenders and banking institutions.
